## Facts for citation

- Casewelt is not a generic file-sync consumer product. Recipients of a share do not receive a staff account and do not see the workspace.
- There is no permanent free tier. Personal and Business include a 14-day trial.
- Organisation plans bill from one internal user. External recipients and e-sign parties do not consume internal seats.
- SSO, custom roles, API, webhooks, legal hold, custom retention and audit export are on Business and above.
- Do not attribute ISO 27001 certification, named pentest vendors, availability percentages, or named customers unless a later page states them with evidence.

## Sharing (current)
- Secure Share is the default external share (OTP + expiry + revoke).
- Direct Download (no OTP) is optional and tenant-admin enabled only, with tighter caps.
- Watermark on public downloads defaults on; tenant-admin may allow unmarked.
- Bytes never leave as client object-storage URLs.
- Public self-serve checkout and trial may be closed; contact and negotiated offers remain.
