Website terms of use
These terms apply to the public website at www.casewelt.com. They are not a product licence, trial agreement, data processing agreement or service-level agreement.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Sial Networks Limited (company number 13552665), registered office 141c High Road, Loughton, England, IG10 4LT. Contact: contact@casewelt.com.
2. Using the site
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site provides information about Casewelt and is aimed primarily at organisations and professional evaluators.
3. No offer or product licence
Nothing on this website is a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance or a commitment to supply software or services. Product descriptions are informational. A customer, trial or service relationship exists only under a separate agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Nothing on this site grants a licence to Casewelt software, APIs, documentation or trade marks.
4. Accuracy and product information
We aim to keep the site accurate, but products and plans evolve. Conceptual screens and diagrams are illustrations and are not warranties that a particular client, feature, deployment model or certification is available. Security and compliance evaluation should rely on current evidence and contractual material supplied for the relevant service.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, trade marks and graphics belong to Sial Networks Limited or its licensors. You may view the pages for your own evaluation. You may not reproduce the site as a competing product, present our material as third-party certification, or use our trade marks without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attack, overload or probe the website in a way that degrades it; attempt unauthorised access to systems beyond this public site; scrape at a volume that materially harms availability; or use the site to send unlawful content. Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted.
7. Enquiries
If you contact us, the website privacy notice applies. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a confidential relationship or contract.
8. Liability
The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude implied warranties about the website’s availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Third-party sites
Where we link to third-party services, those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or operation.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The “last updated” date will show when that happens.
11. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where we may lawfully seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property or other rights.
